Critical: Professionalism, Quality Full body laser hair removal. The first treatment was wonderful. I had results immediately. This is because the higher up was doing my first treatment and she was more experienced. After that, i started get inexperienced person after every treatment. The missed areas and rushed the treatment and didn't do a thorough job. After four treatments, only patches of hair are slowly growing on my legs and arms. Knuckles and toes and other areas seem to show no results. My treatment was paused because covid 19. I was shocked that they said they would not add makeup treatments, even though I shared my concern that the hair that has faded has grown coarse again. I only have two treatments left, and it still seems like I only had two treatments so far. I am very angered by their way of doing business. A professional business would add more treatments to make for those that lost results on their treatments. Why should I take their loss, just to get my full treatment. For someone who was born with a lot of hair and bullied because of it. Not being able to get the hair fully removed is very devastating to me. If I have to pay for another 6 or more treatments I am suing.
